A Preacher’s Misconception

Topic: Living a godly life
Sub-Topic: Judgement

Tonight we will be covering a topic that I have been wanting to cover for quite some time. I see this happening all the time. It stays on my heart so much because I want to see people minds changed. We have been going through a time of brainwashing since birth, especially within the last few generations. If I can find the truth and improve myself then you can too.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, As it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive our trespasses, As we forgive them that trespasses against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, The power, and the glory, forever and ever, Amen.

• Judging someone or anyone without justification is WRONG on all accounts.

Alright now back to our original programming.

The first thing that we are going to learn is the two different types of judgment. One judgment is what I call worldly judgment and the other is a righteous judgment. I have to make this clear on the first post because of the disclaimer.

1. Worldly judgment– This type of judgment is made from two different sides.
• Making a judgment between two unsaved people
• Someone who is saved making a judgment against someone who is not saved

2. Righteous Judgement– Again we have two different types of judgments
• One saved person judging another
• One saved person judging someone who is not saved on the basis of the Bible

This will be a lot of information to digest over the next couple of weeks, so be prepared to take notes if you have too. Next week, we will be going into “Worldly Judgement”. As for this week, I want to leave you with this scripture.

2 Corinthians 5: 10
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.

I have decided not to go into further explanation this week because I want to be able to be better prepared regarding this topic since this is a heavy topic. Some will like it but many will dislike it and that is fine, we are all here for each other. Be ready to dive in next week, until next time, be safe and be blessed, everyone.
